INGREDIENTS
¼ cup green cabbage
¼ cup red cabbage
1 package of Kelp / or Green kelp noodles (may cut into 1 in pieces if desired)
2 carrots peeled and shredded
¼-1/2 cup Extra virgin olive oil
¼ cup Apple cider vinegar
2-4 Tbsp of Raw agave nectar
1 inch grated ginger
add some mustard or lemon and salt & pepper to taste
METHOD
Soak up the package of kelp noodles in a few pinches of baking soda and cover with water for a few hours if you like them on the softer side (which I do) but if you'd like them crunchy rinse them out of the package and serve that way
Put shredded cabbages, noodles and carrots into a bowl and mix
Place vinegar, oil, agave, ginger and blend in blender and blend up
Pour over the slaw, chill and enjoy
