This oneās a crunchy, protein-packed beauty that comes together in minutes. Great as a light lunch or easy appetizer. Pro Tip:
Lightly massage the radicchio with a touch of olive oil to soften the bitterness and make it easier to fold or layer.

Pro Tip:
